We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items or accessories like scrunchies or totes.

FL Swim can be returned for store credit only due to hygienic reasons.

To initiate a return, you must email customer care Jess at info@freelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order for the return address and shipping instructions. Your garment must be in perfect new condition. Please follow the return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions. Returns must be posted within 5 days of receiving instructions.

We are unable to offer exchanges due to our small batch production; if you would like to exchange a size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you make a new order for the garment, and follow the return instructions below to return the original order. All sale or discounted items are final sale. Note: we cannot not offer returns on any international orders at this time (outside of Canada & the US).

Please consider ecofriendly alternatives before sending back your return. We want to reduce your carbon footprint as much as we try to reduce ours and would love for us to work together on this :)
